Penis enlargement exercise-The Jelq technique

The jelq is the backbone of every other penis enlargement exercise floating around on the Internet. Next to the basic stretch, the jelq is the second most basic penis enlargement exercise. Jelqing — also known as “milking”, for its milking-type motion — is simple, but it may take a while to completely master. Here are the basic instructions, but please read all of the warnings and tip below before proceeding.FIRST: WARM THE PENIS WITH A HEATING PAD, RICE SOCK, OR WARM WASHCLOTH
1. Once the warm-up device is hot and ready, wrap it around your entire penis.
2. Keep your penis wrapped for five to ten minutes.
3. Immediately after warming, start penile exercising.
4. Now proceed to Jelq
Now you can proceed:
1. Lather a penis lubricant on your penis.
2. Bring your penis erection level to 50 – 75 percent. Your penis should be relaxed enough that it’s easy to push blood through it.
3. Use your thumb and main pointer finger to form an OK-grip. Place the grip around the base of your penis, as close to your pubic bone as you can.
4. With light pressure on the grip, slowly move it up your penis. The ideal Jelqing pressure is one that does not hurt, but effectively pushes blood up the penis.
5. Stop the grip directly before it reaches your glans (do not jelq your glans). You have completed one jelq.
6. Each jelq should take approximately 2 to 3 seconds.
7. Once your done with one jelq, take your other hand and repeat the Jelqing process.

The key to success with any technique is persistence. You may not get he results you want in one or two sessions. Stick with it, you will be glad you did! 
 
BEFORE YOU START JELQING…
When practicing jelq techniques, you will need lubrication. The best penis lubricants for Jelqing are water-based and oil-based. Do not use any type of lotion or soap, as they often cause severe irritation and itching of the penis. Men have reported good results with water-based lubricants such as KY Jelly.
Men have also reported good results with oil-based lubricants such as baby oil. If you use baby oil, use the baby oil with added vitamin E and aloe. Vitamin E is very good for the skin and keeps your penis looking healthy.
FINDING THE RIGHT ERECTION LEVEL WHILE JELQING
Jelqing is performed in a semi-erect state. When you jelq, you’ll need to take into consideration your erection level — how engorged your penis is. You don’t want to jelq too erect, or you might cause an injury. On the other hand, you don’t want to jelq without any engorgement, or the jelq won’t be effective.
Erection levels are commonly gauged by percentage. A full-blown erection would be considered a 100 percent erection level; an absolutely flaccid penis would be considered a 0 percent erection level.
You should avoid Jelqing at high erection levels for the first few months, at the very least. Generally speaking, you want to jelq with an erection level around 75 percent.
Many men find that Jelqing at lower erection levels help acquire length. Equally, several men find Jelqing at higher erection levels help acquire girth. To maximize your penis enlargement growth, jelq with an erection level of at least 50 percent.
 
Remember, once your learn the jelq technique, be sure to do the exercise right.
THE DRY JELQ: JELQING WITHOUT A LUBRICANT
Eventually, another thing you can do is jelq without a lubricant (this is known as “dry Jelqing” and is essentially less arousing than “wet Jelqing”). One reason we recommend wet Jelqing first is that dry Jelqing is harder on the skin than wet Jelqing. This can cause a variety of side effects.
Dry Jelqing also has a greater chance of causing the “donut effect” – a large swelling around the circumference of the penis near the glans. (The swelling looks similar to a donut surrounding the penis. This has not been known to cause any harm, and typically subsides within a few hours.)
WET JELQ FIRST
The most important reason to start out Jelqing with a lubricant is that it makes it easier to learn the jelq. Think of lubrication to Jelqing as training wheels to a riding bicycle. The lubrication will help you learn how to jelq.
That said, once you are completely comfortable with the wet jelq, you can take off the training wheels and try the dry jelq. Both methods are effective. After a while you will build a preference of what you like more.
The good thing about dry Jelqing is that it doesn’t require cleaning up the lubrications afterwards, as wet Jelqing does. Accordingly, dry Jelqing is very useful if you are exercising your penis in secret.
But for your first few weeks, we suggest sticking with the lubrication when you jelq.
 
Other Techniques
THE SQUEEZE
This exercise uses two hands. Your penis will need to be lubricated.
1. Hand 1: Form a tight overhand OK-grip at the base of your penis.
2. Hand 2: Form a small OK-grip, no larger than a dime.
3. Hand 2: Slowly slide the dime-size grip over the glans and towards the base. Don’t rush this process. It should take fifteen to thirty seconds for you to get to the base hand.
For extra intensity: once your second hand reaches the base hand, you can squeeze both hands at the base for an additional 30 seconds.

  2. Jelqing is a stroking exercise. So, before performing any jelqing exercises, the penis must be lubricated. Any number of different lubricants would be fine.

    The penis cannot be completely flaccid when jelqing. Achieving around a 50% erection would be beneficial. A full erection, however, is definitely not advisable. Jelqing with a full erection could potentially cause an injury. Great blog here! dependent male extra review
